About the Event
In the future, protein will be expensive. Growing protein, as cows (beef), pigs (bacon, pork), sheep or chickens, requires a lot of land and water.
Better Universal Grub (BUG) believes that insects are the sustainable alternative. For example, beef produces 2850g of CO2 emissions per kg of protein, whereas insects only produce 1.6g of CO2 emissions per kg of protein.
